Today we're diving back in the trenches! We chat with Andy—a former Starbucks food scientist and current full-time Stay at Home Dad living in Seattle. Andy blows us away with his level of organization and implementation of household systems. He works out regularly, blanches vegetables, and even mops the floors with Murphys Oil Soap—scheduled in his paper calendar, of course.

We explore the joy of folding a hot towel and the curse of freedom. Adam struggles with dental floss, Baker is one generation out of Old Spice, and Andy is designing a concept lactation flask w/ carburetor for rapid feedings.

But most importantly... Andy reminds us all to strive to be a DILF. Now that's sound advice if we've ever heard it!
